• Lead major engagements in Total Rewards delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality analytics and advisory work

• Drive client retention and expand the use of Korn Ferry solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
• 5+ years in a consultative role
• Experience managing international and cross-functional projects
• Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English
