Responsibilities

• Scope positions with clients through initial meetings
• Write and proofread position descriptions
• Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research
• Evaluate potential candidates and maintain client relationships
• Present candidate pools to clients and manage candidate information flow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree desirable)
• 2 to 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Understanding of healthcare and organizational dynamics
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
