Responsibilities
- Conduct research on industries, companies, and executives to identify business development opportunities
- Support pre-sales activities including target identification and pitch content preparation
- Track and report on business development performance
- Develop and maintain client-facing materials
- Perform targeted market mapping and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders to create industry-focused content
- Provide administrative support for events and sponsorships
Requirements
- 0 – 2 years of experience in a recruiting, executive search, and/or professional services environment
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Effective writing and editing skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple research projects
