Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair assessment practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience preferably in the industrial/warehouse industry
