Compensation

Base pay range for this position is $ - $ per hour, with final compensation based on experience and geographic location.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for Kelly OCG clients
• Recruiting for high volume Manufacturing and Production openings
• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process
• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively
• Meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates and adjust strategy

Requirements

• Recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Production business function
• RPO experience is a plus
• Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent
