Account Manager, IT Solutions

Compensation

$33.65 hourly, equating to $70,000 annually plus commission

Responsibilities

• Prospect existing clinical accounts to secure new IT staffing partnerships
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with clients and prospects
• Partner closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
• Minimum 3 years of IT staffing experience
• Proven success in a metrics driven environment
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
