Compensation

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for clinical development roles
• Develop talent pipelines for key functions across clinical research
• Provide insight into talent availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks
• Conduct outreach and initial candidate engagement through various platforms
• Maintain active talent pipelines for priority FSP roles
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure alignment on role requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing within clinical research, CROs, biotech, or pharmaceutical organizations
