Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Program Optimization Review cycle
• Serve as the bridge between internal product teams and client executive leadership
• Refine and develop business and operational processes
• Partner with Implementation, Sales, Operations, and Clients to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop, document, and refine best practices for the product portfolio
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to optimize service delivery
• Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and enhance documentation
• Leverage data analytics to perform root cause analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years of MSP industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma certification is a significant plus
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to solve complex problems
• Experience managing large-scale internal and client-facing projects
• Professional-level proficiency in English
