Compensation

Pay Rate $19.50 - $24.25 Hourly, final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Build and grow a sustainable book of business within physician and leadership staffing programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all program-related communication
  • Set and manage client expectations regarding account strategy and results
  • Lead final candidate qualification and provide clients with weekly activity reporting

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales OR High School Diploma or GED with 4–7 years of relevant experience in Sales
  • Prior experience in a client-facing, quota-driven sales or account management role
  • Experience within healthcare staffing, professional services, or talent solutions preferred
