Compensation

Starting base salary of $50,000 with a clear path to commissions and unlimited income potential in year two.

Responsibilities

• Target new candidates and clients using market research and sourcing programs
• Open new client accounts using sales best practices
• Build relationships with customers leveraging local market team expertise
• Facilitate the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
• Connect with the tech community through events and networking channels
• Participate in ongoing training programs

Requirements

• Formal recruiting experience preferred but not required
• 4-year college degree or honorable discharge from the military preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work successfully on a team
• Ambitious, hard-working, and goal-driven
