Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $70,000 starting, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates
• Educate candidates on the benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in sales or staffing
• Minimum of 2+ years in a sales, staffing agency, or metrics-driven role
