• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives
• Drive recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals
• Build partnerships with compensation, HR, and finance
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Provide reporting of key metrics and insights

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience partnering with hiring teams
• Ability to attract passive candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
