Responsibilities

• Build a profitable desk within the Audit sector
• Define client requirements and map organizational structures
• Proactively headhunt candidates and develop new business relationships
• Network with candidates and clients, organizing events and presentations
• Negotiate commercial terms with FTSE 150 companies
• Cross-sell other disciplines and incorporate other business areas

Requirements

• 18 months to 4 years' experience in a recruitment agency environment
• Full candidate cycle experience from sourcing to placement
• Proven track record with clients and generating new business
• Goal-oriented mentality
• Ability to operate autonomously and as a team player
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Resilience in dealing with sales challenges
