Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of contract and contract to full-time hiring
- Devise search strategies and draft advertisements
- Evaluate resumes and coordinate interviews
- Conduct interviews and set up assessments
- Provide coaching and feedback to candidates
- Maintain candidate relationships and satisfaction
- Input necessary criteria into the internal applicant tracking system
