Responsibilities

• Introduce services to new and existing clients through various communication methods
• Develop and maintain client target lists and generate leads
• Match Full-Time Engagement Professionals with client needs
• Recruit and hire finance and accounting professionals
• Resolve customer service issues and maintain communication with employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources or related fields
• 3+ years finance, accounting experience strongly preferred
• 3+ years experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment
• Prior success marketing to and building relationships with C-level and manager level decision makers
