Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates to ensure they possess the correct skillset and qualifications
  • Source new candidates using job boards and LinkedIn
  • Maintain a live network of candidates across the PIE sectors
  • Deliver internal service to Sales, Recruitment, and Management functions
  • Post and monitor job openings on various platforms
  • Utilize the company's ATS and networking for candidate sourcing
  • Interface with other Recruiters/Sales Consultants to share best practices
  • Gather market intelligence from candidates and industry sources
  • Report on lead generation performance
  • Maintain relationships with candidates in assigned industries

Requirements

  • 0-12 months of experience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to handle multiple tasks
