Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with prospective and current clients through telephone and direct sales
  • Meet with clients to assess their needs and develop proposals
  • Complete and manage proposal responses and Requests for Proposals
  • Deliver sales presentations to key prospects and clients
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Develop short term and long-term sales plans
  • Monitor and evaluate sales activities based on goals and targets
  • Maintain relationships with current and potential clients

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of sales experience in a service industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior technical or professional staffing experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings
