Responsibilities
- Develop new business with prospective and current clients through telephone and direct sales
- Meet with clients to assess their needs and develop proposals
- Complete and manage proposal responses and Requests for Proposals
- Deliver sales presentations to key prospects and clients
- Negotiate and close deals
- Develop short term and long-term sales plans
- Monitor and evaluate sales activities based on goals and targets
- Maintain relationships with current and potential clients
Requirements
- At least 10 years of sales experience in a service industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior technical or professional staffing experience preferred
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings
