Compensation

$108,630 - $127,800 USD base salary, excluding equity and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end sourcing for services engagements, from intake through RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Support a high volume of contracts while maintaining a strong customer focus for internal stakeholders.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on vendor proposals and spend data to support award recommendations.
• Use tools like Zip, Ironclad, and Google Workspace to manage sourcing workflows and documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners and communicate sourcing decisions clearly.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree, preferably with an analytical focus such as Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, consulting, operations, or related roles.
• Experience with services categories such as BPO, marketing, professional services, or corporate services is strongly preferred.
