Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with clients to understand their business and interim capacity needs
• Build and maintain a strong commercial network within the finance contract market
• Generate new business opportunities by approaching prospects and advising clients on market developments
• Actively source interim finance professionals through various channels
• Qualify professionals through in-depth interviews to determine their suitability for assignments
• Guide both clients and interim professionals throughout the placement process
• Monitor speed, targets, and quality while ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within recruitment
