Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment process for experienced professionals in Finance, MSP, or Change Management
  • Source and engage top talent strategically
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with candidates
  • Conduct intake interviews to understand candidates' ambitions and experiences
  • Guide candidates through the selection process and provide advice
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases and developing job descriptions

Requirements

  • HBO/WO work and thinking level
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
