Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing new business and maintaining client relationships.
• Source and qualify candidates, managing the offer process through to successful placement.
• Drive revenue growth while delivering high-quality talent solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Prior recruitment experience, ideally within core sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams for management-level roles.
