Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key business areas
- Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
- Utilize direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
- Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions and salary benchmarks
- Maintain critical metrics and ensure data integrity within reporting
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organization
- Prior experience in hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the FinTech industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
- IT Literate with MS Office suite
- Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
