Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing roles
• Utilize structured interview processes
• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
• Create comprehensive talent maps
• Optimize recruiting metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales and Marketing
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics
• Proven ability to recruit for high-volume roles
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• BS in Human Resources Management or relevant degree

Benefits

• Expected salary range of $112,000 - $140,000
• Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided
• Up to four weeks of fully remote work per year

Additional Information

The role requires a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, with a transition to three days starting February 2, 2026.
