Compensation

$36.00 - $42.50 / hr Pay Rate

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meetings, sourcing strategies, and candidate presentations.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders on talent planning options.
• Network with industry experts to build candidate pipelines.
• Maintain communication with all participants throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and extend offers of employment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
• Experience in recruitment and sourcing, including some experience working in a recruitment agency environment
