Responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels
• Screen candidates for open positions
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to share progress
• Identify and propose improvements in the hiring process
• Create candidate summaries including skills, experience, and evaluations
• Promote direct sourcing
• Explain the appeal of positions and client value propositions to candidates
• Input data into ATS, manage operations, coordinate interviews, and perform administrative tasks

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for Engineering, Corporate, or Commercial roles
• Communication experience with stakeholders such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Proficiency in Japanese at a business level and English at an intermediate level
