Responsibilities

• Support candidate identification efforts and assess top talent
• Conduct market and competitive analyses
• Collaborate with recruiters to define candidate profiles
• Lead candidate pool development and ensure accuracy
• Assist in preparing search documentation and materials
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Update the internal database with search information
• Support the creation of marketing collateral for business pitches
• Monitor and share relevant industry news

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or professional services
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Internet research and Microsoft Office Suite
