Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-ins and scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with district leadership
• Conduct onsite assessments to uncover unmet staffing needs
• Track and report on competitive activity and hiring trends
• Represent Aya Education at conferences and regional events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales
• At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position

The position requires local travel approximately 80–90% of the time, and the employee must reside in Phoenix, AZ.
