Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Recruiters to achieve recruitment goals
• Mentor and coach team members
• Develop and execute recruiting strategy plans
• Forecast resourcing needs and allocate resources
• Maintain data integrity and audit team metrics
• Communicate weekly goals to sourcing team members
• Analyze reporting metrics and communicate findings

Requirements

• Fluency in French
• Leadership experience in RPO or Staffing industry
• Strong communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases
