- Manage the offer process and ensure compliance with client policies
- Deliver diverse shortlists and confirm diverse interview panels
Requirements
- Demonstrable direct recruitment experience with multinational businesses
- Experience working at Recruitment Partner level in the Banking Front Office
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
