Responsibilities
- Support recruitment of qualified candidates matching job requirements
- Deliver quality service across all recruitment steps
- Source new candidates using various resources and networks
- Maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Report weekly on lead generation performance
- Gather market intelligence and share with Sales/Recruitment functions
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of sales/recruiting experience
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask with day-to-day workflow
- Proven track record in a sales-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
