Responsibilities

• Develop a network and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Engage with potential and existing clients to identify hiring needs and secure new business opportunities
• Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates through various sourcing methods
• Manage the recruitment process including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers
• Provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success of placed candidates

Requirements

• University degree or relevant work experience
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through academic studies, internships, or part-time jobs
• Experience in a sales environment, typically amounting to two years
