Responsibilities

• Guide a team of full-cycle GTM recruiters to ensure exceptional performance
• Collaborate closely with senior GTM leaders to understand hiring needs
• Work with departments such as Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal
• Cultivate a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting management
• Proven track record of partnering effectively with hiring teams
• Passionate about mentoring recruiters
• Strong drive to identify and engage top talent
• Excellent communication skills
