Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the regional recruiting strategy for CEU and Switzerland
• Develop and implement strategies for attracting and hiring top talent
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Utilize advanced executive search techniques to identify and engage senior-level candidates
• Conduct thorough market research to inform recruitment strategies
• Partner with key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
• Develop and deploy innovative sourcing strategies
• Provide mentorship and professional development coaching to junior recruiting team members
• Lead special projects related to recruiting and human capital initiatives
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of end-to-end experienced hire/partner recruiting experience
• Familiarity with DACH talent landscapes
• Fluent in German and English
• Direct sourcing experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
