Compensation

Pay Rate $18.25 - $22.75 Hourly, dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Source leads within the region using web search and industry resources
• Establish and maintain credibility through initial interactions with candidates
• Keep an updated target list of active openings to source candidates
• Maintain a working relationship with Consultants
• Develop new sourcing strategies
• Mentor assigned Recruiters in Training
• Assist with day-to-day administrative duties

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5-7 years of work experience
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service capacity
