Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations
• Lead and manage medium-sized projects or complex work streams
• Manage smaller to medium-sized client relationships
• Contribute to winning profitable business through research and proposal writing
• Take the lead on pitch presentations and develop proposals
• Develop broader KF expertise to provide business solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years relevant work experience in executive pay programs
• Bachelor’s degree required, preference for Math, Finance, or Business majors
• Master’s degree preferred
