Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Service Team to manage new business and renewal accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for the Service Team during the insurance placement process
• Review submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing with the insurance market
• Prepare and present quote comparisons to support decision-making
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Service Team throughout the placement process

Requirements

• Licensed as a Texas P&C Agent or able to obtain Texas P&C license
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in middle market Business Insurance
• Proficient at Sagitta, ImageRight, Word, Excel, and current internet technologies
