Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing research team to deliver insights for consulting cases and proposals
• Manage team performance and foster a high-performance culture
• Partner with Recruiting for hiring and workforce planning
• Ensure rigorous research methods and knowledge capture
• Advise case/practice leaders and support business development

Requirements

• 5+ years in business research/knowledge services
• 3+ years leading research teams in consulting or professional services
• Experience translating ambiguous asks into structured research plans
• Hands-on proficiency with secondary research databases
• Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
