Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple searches
• Drive and execute recruiting for Entry Level in India
• Design and implement innovative, India-specific strategies to attract talent
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Maintain effective communication with senior stakeholders and candidates
• Oversee the internal employee referral program
• Initiate and own special projects related to recruiting process improvements
• Analyze and evaluate recruiting season results to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of relevant professional experience in a client services business environment
• Experience in hiring across all levels
• Proven track record in hiring talent within strategy consulting
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and analytics
