Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of recruiting Experienced Consultants in Europe
- Source candidates for diverse Practice Groups using various channels
- Review and process CVs and coordinate screening
- Collaborate with Partners and Executive Assistants to ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Coordinate feedback and offer processes
- Manage new hire onboarding procedures
- Maintain and update recruiting IT system and databases
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR or services industry
- Experience with coordinating interview processes
- Experience with direct sourcing and building candidate pipelines
