Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Partner recruitment process
• Ensure excellent engagement and best-in-class candidate experience
• Devise sourcing strategies with stakeholders
• Conduct comprehensive market mapping and research
• Implement diversity hiring initiatives
• Track recruiting activity and use data-driven analytics
• Act as a brand ambassador for Oliver Wyman
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
• Manage relationships with external search firms
• Contribute to strategic team projects

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Experience in in-house recruiting or leading search firm
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience managing high-touch and complex recruiting processes
• Ability to engage and influence senior candidates and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn
