Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal business support roles
• Partner with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and advise on hiring strategies
• Oversee job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a client services business environment
• Experience in professional services or client-driven multinational environments
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a complex matrix structure
• Familiarity with regional hiring policies in the Middle East and Africa
