Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Specialists and Experienced Consultants across the Americas
• Maximize direct sourcing through various channels
• Cultivate partnerships with Practice leaders and communicate throughout the recruiting process
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle including strategy, job postings, and interview processes
• Ensure superior candidate experience and maintain accurate records in Workday
• Share market intel and contribute to broader talent strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting experience (corporate or agency) at mid/senior levels
• Professional services (consulting/FS) experience is a plus
• Experience in negotiating compensation packages
