Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the campus recruiting process for full-time hires and interns
• Attract quality candidates through innovative techniques
• Participate in recruiting conferences and events
• Develop and implement campus recruiting strategy
• Assist with consultant training for communications and candidate selection
• Liaise with global recruiting team and support recruiting efforts for other regions
• Ensure recruiting databases are up to date
• Manage the referrals process and policy updates
• Monitor the overall budget for recruiting expenditures
• Own the new hire onboarding process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of three years of relevant campus recruiting experience
• Knowledge of recruiting policies, procedures, and laws
• Knowledge of recruiting systems is a plus
