  • Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates

  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
  • Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on assignment
  • Develop and maintain a strong database of skilled IT talent
  • Develop business leads and market intelligence for new client development

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in IT recruiting preferred
  • Prior experience as a Robert Half Technology Senior Recruiter highly desired
  • Strong desire to build a national candidate network for clients across the US
  • Demonstrated success in business generation
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to successfully present candidates to clients
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
