Responsibilities

• Attract, guide, and position experienced professionals for secondment
• Build sustainable relationships with candidates
• Lead the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Conduct intake interviews to understand candidates' ambitions
• Maintain and expand professional network
• Coach and develop a smaller team

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in staffing
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial drive and competitive mindset
• Strong commercial sense
• Excellent communication skills
