Responsibilities

• Attract, guide, and position experienced professionals for secondment with clients
• Build sustainable relationships with candidates and understand their ambitions
• Lead the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Conduct intake interviews and deep interviews to qualify candidates
• Coach and develop a smaller team
• Perform administrative tasks related to candidate management

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in staffing
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial drive and competitive mindset
• Strong commercial sense
• Excellent communication skills
