Responsibilities

• Attract, guide, and position experienced professionals for secondment at clients
• Build sustainable relationships with talent and understand their ambitions
• Lead the full spectrum of recruitment and secondment for experienced professionals
• Source and approach top talent strategically
• Conduct intake interviews and depth interviews to identify and qualify candidates
• Guide candidates through the selection process and advisory trajectory
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate records and developing job descriptions

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in staffing
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial drive and a winning mentality
• Strong commercial sense
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and flexible attitude
