Responsibilities

• Attract, guide, and position experienced professionals for secondment with clients
• Build sustainable relationships with candidates and understand their ambitions
• Lead the full recruitment and secondment process from sourcing to placement
• Coach and develop a smaller team while managing own candidate portfolio

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in staffing
• Strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial drive
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
