Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $57,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified physicians for contracted assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships
• Educate prospective candidates on the benefits of a locum tenens career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels
• Build and maintain relationships both internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Staffing experience
