Responsibilities
- Find, speak to, and guide candidates
- Build a network through LinkedIn and other tools
- Screen and interview candidates
- Support the entire application process from application to placement
- Write attractive job descriptions and follow market trends
Requirements
- HBO/WO work and thinking level
- Experience in recruitment, secondment, and selection is a plus
- Strong perseverance and a solution-oriented, commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
